White People and the N-Word: Kreayshawn and On and On...

My apologies for the somber subject matter lately, but I'll take levity, if ever it is being offered...

Point:There Are, Like, Times When It Sucks Being White --Kreayshawn

Counterpoint: Jay Smooth & Brother Ali:

[UPDATE: For Pete's and Fuck's sake, apparently Katy Perry has covered Kanye & Jay-Z's "N***as in Paris", substituting 'ninjas' for 'n***as'....{siiiiiiiiiiiigggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh}.. not enough beers in the world......]

White people (and all non-black people, for that matter), run as fast as you can away from the words 'ni**er', 'ni**a', 'ni**uh', 'nugguh', 'ninja', etc. Pretty puhlease. "But black people say it all the time" is not an excuse. "But this rap song I sing along to says it" is not an excuse. "But I have black friends" is not an excuse. "But my black friends say it's okay" is not an excuse. What about the black people you DON'T know? Do the right thing (for a change).

Stop #StopKony

Attention, everyone. Yes, Invisible Children co-founder Jason Russell was caught, quite frankly, choking his chicken in public. (And yes, my previous post did include pictures of my daughter and a blanket fort, but this is serious!)

via Huffington Post:
"According to the San Diego Police Department, officers responded to reports of a male in his underwear pounding his fists on the sidewalk and yelling incoherently, disrupting traffic in the Pacific Beach neighborhood of San Diego. Police said that one caller reported that the man was nude and could have been masturbating, but officers did not confirm that when they arrived."
If 'spanking it' in public ain't neocolonialism, I don't know what is.

But wait, big boss man (Ben Keesey, CEO of Invisible Children) comes to Mr. Russell's rescue:
"The past two weeks have taken a severe emotional toll on all of us, Jason especially, and that toll manifested itself in an unfortunate incident yesterday. Jason’s passion [Ed. note: Ha!] and his work have done so much to help so many, and we are devastated to see him dealing with this personal health issue."
Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. I mean, it must be really hard deciding which pair of expensive jeans to wear each day as opposed to living in constant fear and strife; what choice do we really have here but to rub one out and lose our gourd in public spaces?

But if you really wanted to help Africans, why not just hand Ugandans on the ground the camera and the money and let THEM tell you THEIR story and support THEIR causes? You know, instead of just jerking off outdoors.

Mara's First Blanket Fort

"Not too shabby, dad... but where's the moat?"

"This area could use some structural integrity. And some more blankets."
