vigil

I've just lost an important friend
who met a very tragic end
a world devoid of human laughter
he became an investment banker

so join me in a private vigil
of all that is legitimate and legal

and I found it very strange
that his girlfriends were made
to get their anatomies changed

what a selfless way to live
better to give than to recieve
so his investors on bended knees
were found to laugh
at their circumstance
finding their ankles warmed by
the seat of their pants!
